About the position

Council’s Sustainable Assets Department is looking for a Fleet Services Officer.

The main responsibilities will include: 

  • To provide effective and efficient business and administrative support for the Fleet Services Section in achieving, Departmental and Business Plan objectives.
  • Provide support to Fleet Services to ensure consistent, high quality and efficient systems, communications and customer service.

This is a permanent part time role working 30.4 hours per week.  Working days are flexible.   

About you

  • Demonstrated experience providing high quality business and administration support.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience and attention to detail preparing and formatting quality and accurate correspondence, reports, spread sheets, minutes and documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships.
  • Effective time management skills including an ability to priories work.
  • Highly developed computer and technology skills, particularly Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A commitment to delivering an excellent standard of customer service.
  • A current Victorian driver licence.

This position is a Band 4A currently remunerated at $72,896.56 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
